P/PD SIG Poster Expo!
Friday November 16th, 6:30 - 8:30pm PST
We are delighted to announce that, for the very first time, the P/PD SIG is sponsoring abstract submissions for the SIG Poster Exposition, which will occur in-person at the 2023 annual ABCT Convention in Seattle, Washington! Check out our 2023 P/PD SIG poster presentations here!
All members of the P/PD SIG, current ABCT members, or those interested in attending the ABCT Convention, are welcome to submit an abstract with research relevant to the area of Personality or Personality Disorders for consideration.
If you would like to submit an abstract for consideration to the P/PD SIG, please compile your materials within one Word document using the format below and email your submission to Sonya Varma (svarma@yorku.ca).
Deadline For Submission: Submission is closed for 2023; check back in June 2024 for next year's submission information!

Within your abstract or immediately after, please describe the relevance of your research to underrepresented, marginalized, and minority groups or efforts to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, or accessibility. If you would like to include information related to this in your submission, we invite you to write a brief statement discussing how yourself and/or your research involves diversity in such ways. (250 words maximum).

Note: posters for the SIG Expo are smaller than traditional posters—18" wide and 19" tall. Posters also worked best if printed directly on or adhered to some kind of firm backing (vs floppy paper).
P/PD Student Poster Award
All abstracts that feature a student as first author are eligible to be considered for
the P/PD SIG Student Poster Award. We are delighted to announce that this year’s
Student Poster Award Winner will be awarded $250. Please indicate on the first
page whether you would like to be considered for the Student Poster Award.
